1. Preamble and Purpose

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are entered into between Marketing Ops, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of 1,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 995 103 637, with registered office at 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France (the "Publisher" or "Contenttosocial"), and any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Contenttosocial service (the "User").

Contenttosocial is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that turns text supplied by the User (article titles, hooks, slide texts, captions and calls to action) into branded visual assets (carousel images, PDF documents and single images) using the User's brand settings, and publishes those assets and texts to the social media accounts the User connects (Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, Pinterest and X). The Service does not use artificial intelligence: it renders exactly the text the User supplies and never writes, rewrites, translates or generates content. These Terms define the conditions of use of the Service and the rights and obligations of the parties.

Access to the Service, whether free or paid, implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms by the User. A User who does not accept them must refrain from using the Service.

2. Scope of Application

2.1 Consumer User

A Consumer User is any natural person acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal, liberal or agricultural activity.

2.2 Professional User

A Professional User is any natural or legal person, public or private, acting for purposes within the scope of their professional activity. A User who connects the social accounts of a business, a publication or a brand is presumed to be a Professional User.

2.3 Applicable Regime

Clauses identified by the mention "[B2B only]" apply only to Professional Users. Consumer Users benefit from the mandatory protections of consumer law.

3. Definitions

The terms defined below have the following meaning within these Terms, whether used in the singular or the plural:

Service:
All features of the Contenttosocial platform accessible through the website contenttosocial.com, its application, its API and its integrations.
User:
Any natural person aged at least 18 or any legal entity that has created an Account and uses the Service.
Account:
The User's personal space created at registration, giving access to the Service.
Workspace:
The private space attached to an Account, holding one brand, its Brand Settings, its Connected Accounts, its content and its publications.
Brand Settings:
The brand name, displayed author name, website, logo, colours, font and closing message that the Service applies to Rendered Assets.
Source Content:
Any text, caption, metadata, image or logo supplied by the User, directly in the application, through the API or any other client.
Rendered Assets:
The images, PDF documents and posts produced by the Service from Source Content and Brand Settings.
Connected Account:
A social media account that the User links to their Workspace through the Publishing Provider.
Publishing Provider:
The third-party service through which the Service connects social accounts and publishes, currently Zernio Software SL (Girona, Spain).
Destination:
A Connected Account enabled by the User to receive publications.
Subscription:
The monthly plan of an Account (Business or Freelance & Agencies) and its quantities of Workspaces, Colleague seats and extra Connected Accounts, giving access to automated rendering and publication together with its Allowances.
Allowances:
The monthly limits attached to a Subscription and shared by all the Workspaces of the Account: number of generated images, number of Connected Accounts and number of individual X posts.
Colleague:
A person other than the Account owner who is a member of, or invited to, one of the Account's Workspaces.
Consumer User:
Any natural person not acting for professional purposes.
Professional User:
Any person acting within the scope of their professional activity.

4. Registration and User Account

4.1 Eligibility Requirements

Registration is reserved for natural persons aged at least 18 with full legal capacity, or for duly represented legal entities. Minors are not authorised to use the Service.

4.2 Account Creation

The User signs in with their email address and password or with Google sign-in. The User agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Any registration based on false or inaccurate information may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Account without notice or compensation.

4.3 Account Security

The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their password, their Google account, and the connection keys and tokens issued to the API or any other client. The User agrees to notify Contenttosocial immediately of any unauthorised use of their Account or any security breach, and to revoke a compromised key from the dashboard. Contenttosocial shall not be held liable for consequences resulting from fraudulent use of the Account or its keys by a third party.

4.4 Account Uniqueness

Each User may hold only one Account. Each Workspace holds one brand, and an Account holds as many Workspaces as its Subscription includes. Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent the Allowances or the limitations of the Service is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

5. Service Description

5.1 Features

Contenttosocial provides, depending on the plan:

  • Rendering of carousels, pins and posts from Source Content, in the User's Brand Settings, in the formats expected by each platform.
  • Connection of social accounts through the Publishing Provider and publication to the enabled Destinations.
  • Automatic publication when prepared content is submitted through the API.
  • A calendar and a post editor to prepare drafts, preview Rendered Assets and schedule publications.
  • A dashboard showing the result of each publication per Destination, and an explicit retry for failed publications.
  • A free standalone carousel maker, usable without an Account.

5.2 No Artificial Intelligence

The Service does not host or call any artificial intelligence service. Every word in a Rendered Asset or a publication is supplied by the User. The Service only lays out, formats, fits and exports that text with the User's Brand Settings, and rejects text that does not fit a layout rather than shortening it. The User remains the sole author of the content.

5.3 Free Carousel Maker

The free carousel maker is available without an Account, an email address or payment. Files are produced on request and delivered as a download; the text and files submitted are processed only to produce that download and are not retained. This tool is provided as is, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and carries no commitment of availability.

5.4 Integrations

The User remains responsible for their website, its hosting, its security and the fields their clients send to the Service. API access is authenticated with connection keys created by the User. Contenttosocial has no control over the User's website or clients and provides no warranty regarding them.

5.5 Subscription Plans

Automation is offered under two monthly plans: Business, for the User's own brands, and Freelance & Agencies, which adds client portals where the User's clients can follow and approve their posts. Each plan is priced per Workspace: the first Workspace at the plan's base price, each additional Workspace at a lower price. Colleague seats and extra Connected Accounts can be added to either plan; the Account owner needs no seat. Plan details, prices and Allowances are shown on the Pricing page of the website and are subject to change in accordance with section 6.6.

5.6 Service Evolution

Contenttosocial reserves the right to evolve the features of the Service, to add new ones or to remove some, including the supported platforms and formats, subject to prior notification of Users for substantial modifications affecting their Subscription.

6. Subscriptions, Allowances and Pricing

6.1 Monthly Subscription

Application features require an active paid Subscription. Subscriptions are monthly only. No free trial or introductory credits are offered. Creating and managing an Account, billing and essential Workspace administration remain available without a Subscription. Standalone public free tools are separate from the paid Application.

6.2 Allowances

Each Subscription includes, for each monthly period: a number of generated images, a maximum number of Connected Accounts and a monthly number of individual X posts. These Allowances grow with the number of paid Workspaces and extra Connected Accounts, and are shared by all the Workspaces of the Account. The current figures are shown on the Pricing page.

6.3 Counting Rules

  • Each newly rendered image or PDF page counts as one generated image, including a new size or design variant.
  • Reusing an already rendered image across several Destinations, or packaging already rendered images into a PDF, does not count again.
  • Each X post, including each item of a thread, counts as one individual X post.
  • Failed renders and automatic retries of the same output are not counted twice.

6.4 Caps

When the monthly X cap is reached, publication to X stops until the next period; the other Destinations continue. When the image allowance is exhausted, no further Rendered Asset is produced until the next period. No overage is charged automatically.

6.5 No Rollover

Allowances are attached to a monthly period. Unused Allowances at the end of a period are permanently lost and are not carried over, refunded or transferred. Allowances are strictly attached to the Account and may not be sold, exchanged or transferred.

6.6 Pricing Modifications

Contenttosocial reserves the right to modify at any time the prices of the Subscriptions and the Allowances they include. Any modification is communicated by email at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect. Modifications apply immediately to new Users and, for existing Users, at the next renewal following the notice. A User who refuses the new conditions may terminate their Subscription without penalty before they take effect.

6.7 Changes to the Subscription

The User may change their plan and their numbers of Workspaces, Colleague seats and extra Connected Accounts at any time from the Account. The Subscription is always paid in advance, never in arrears. An addition (a Workspace, a Colleague seat, an extra Connected Account or the move to Freelance & Agencies) is charged at once for the rest of the current period, prorated, and becomes available only once that payment succeeds; if it fails, the Subscription stays unchanged. A decrease applies at once: the prorated difference is credited against the next invoices; it is never refunded and nothing is billed afterwards for it. A decrease is only possible once the Account fits it, in Workspaces, allocated Connected Accounts and Colleagues. Moving from Freelance & Agencies to Business closes the client portals; the clients' access is kept and reopens if the User returns to Freelance & Agencies.

6.8 Colleague Seats

Each Colleague holds one seat for all the Workspaces of the Account, and a pending invitation holds a seat. Inviting a new Colleague requires a free seat. If the seats become fewer than the Colleagues, the Colleagues who joined last lose access to the Account's Workspaces until a seat is added; they remain members. Clients given access to a client portal do not need a seat.

7. Payment and Billing

7.1 Payment Provider and Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Stripe through its Managed Payments service, and Subscriptions are "Sold through Link": Sold through Link, LLC, an affiliate of Stripe, acts as merchant of record. It collects the payment, calculates, collects and remits the taxes due, and issues receipts and invoices. Card statements show "LINK.COM*" followed by our name. The Sold Through Link Terms published at link.com/terms also apply to the purchase. Contenttosocial remains responsible for the Service itself. The User warrants that they are the legitimate holder of the payment method used or hold the necessary authorisations.

7.2 Currency and Taxes

Prices are displayed in US dollars, before taxes. The taxes due (VAT, sales tax or GST) are calculated at checkout from the User's location and status and added to the price. At checkout, the User may be offered payment in their local currency at an exchange rate set when each payment is made, so the amount of a Subscription paid in local currency may vary from one month to the next. Any conversion fee applied by the User's bank or card issuer is borne by the User.

7.3 Automatic Renewal

Monthly Subscriptions renew automatically on each monthly anniversary date unless cancelled by the User before that date. The amount of the plan and quantities in force is charged automatically at each renewal to the payment method saved at checkout.

7.4 Payment Failure

If a renewal payment fails, the payment is retried several times over about two weeks; access continues meanwhile and the Account shows how to update the payment method. If the last attempt fails, the Subscription is cancelled and access to the paid features ends.

7.5 Refunds

Except where the right of withdrawal applies (section 8) or mandatory law provides otherwise, Contenttosocial grants no refund, even partial, for unused Subscription periods, unused Allowances, a decrease of the Subscription or early cancellation. Independently, the merchant of record handles refund requests under its own refund policy, published by Link, and may grant a refund within 60 days of a transaction, for example for a payment made without authorisation or duplicated in error.

7.6 Invoices

Receipts and invoices are issued by the merchant of record and sent by email from Link after each payment, with a PDF copy. Invoice history is also available from the billing portal accessible from the Account and from the User's Link account at link.com.

8. Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Principle

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a Consumer User has in principle fourteen (14) days from subscribing to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

8.2 Exception

Pursuant to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for a service fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the prior express consent of the consumer and their express waiver of that right, nor for digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose performance has begun with the same consent and waiver.

8.3 Waiver

By rendering an image, exporting a document or publishing a post with an active Subscription, the Consumer User expressly requests immediate performance of the Service and waives their right of withdrawal for the service performed. The User is informed of this at first use and accepts it.

8.4 Withdrawal Without Use

A Consumer User who has rendered no image and published no post may exercise their right of withdrawal within the 14-day period by sending a clear request by email to the address in section 26. The refund is made within 14 days of the request.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Rights of the Publisher

All elements constituting the Contenttosocial platform (source code, architecture, rendering engine, templates, layouts, design system, trademarks, logos, texts, documentation) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

9.2 Source Content

The User retains all rights over their Source Content. The User warrants that they hold all rights and authorisations necessary for the text, images and logos they supply, and indemnifies Contenttosocial against any third-party claim relating to that Source Content.

9.3 Rendered Assets

The User holds the rights of use over the Rendered Assets produced from their Source Content and may use, modify, reproduce and distribute them for any lawful purpose. The underlying templates, layouts and design elements remain the property of the Publisher and are licensed to the User only as embedded in the Rendered Assets. Contenttosocial does not guarantee exclusivity: the same layouts are used for other Users.

9.4 Licence Granted to the Publisher

The User grants Contenttosocial a worldwide, non-exclusive and free licence to host, store, reproduce, render, adapt in format and size, and transmit Source Content and Rendered Assets to the Publishing Provider and to the platforms, solely to operate the Service and provide support, for the duration of the Account and any legal retention period. Contenttosocial never uses Source Content or Rendered Assets to train any model or for its own communication without the User's separate written consent.

9.5 Feedback

Suggestions and feedback sent to Contenttosocial may be used freely, without compensation or attribution.

10. Connected Accounts and Publication

10.1 Authorisation

By connecting a social account, the User authorises the Service and the Publishing Provider to publish on that account on their behalf and confirms that they are entitled to manage it. Connection uses each platform's official authorisation flow; the resulting access tokens are held by the Publishing Provider. The User may disconnect an account at any time from the dashboard and from the platform's own settings.

10.2 Platform Rules

The User complies with the terms of use, community guidelines, commercial communication rules and API policies of each platform. Platforms may reject, remove, restrict or label a publication and may suspend an account. Contenttosocial has no control over these decisions and accepts no liability for them.

10.3 Publication Process

Publications are submitted through the Publishing Provider using the platforms' official interfaces. A publication is deemed accepted when the platform confirms it; the result is shown in the dashboard. Delays, partial results and failures may occur. The Service retries where it can or reports that attention is needed. Contenttosocial does not guarantee publication at a given time, nor any reach, engagement or commercial result.

10.4 Verification and Corrections

Rendered Assets and texts are frozen when a publication is submitted. The User is responsible for verifying content before submission, and for editing or deleting published posts directly on the platforms. The Service does not delete published posts.

10.5 Account Eligibility

The User keeps their Connected Accounts eligible for publication (professional account types, page roles, permissions, valid authorisations). Loss of eligibility interrupts publication to the affected Destination without refund.

10.6 Duplicates and Recovery

The Service implements safeguards against duplicate publication. After a provider or platform failure whose outcome is ambiguous, a publication may be held pending verification rather than resent. Contenttosocial is not liable for a duplicate or missing publication resulting from the behaviour of a platform or of the Publishing Provider.

11. User Obligations

11.1 General Prohibitions

The User expressly agrees not to:

  • Use the Service to publish content infringing public order or morality.
  • Attempt to circumvent technical protection measures, the Allowances or the limitations of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense or make access to the Service available to third parties.
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, scams or social engineering.
  • Extract, scrape or copy data or the database of the Service.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service or overload its infrastructure.

11.2 Prohibited Content

Publishing the following content through the Service is strictly prohibited:

  • Content infringing intellectual property rights, image rights or the privacy of third parties.
  • Defamatory, harassing, threatening or hateful content, or content inciting violence or discrimination.
  • Deceptive content, undisclosed commercial communications, fake reviews or fraudulent offers.
  • Impersonation of a person, a brand or an organisation.
  • Sexual content involving minors, and any content that is illegal under French law or the law of the country where it is published.
  • Content violating the rules of the platform on which it is published.

11.3 Editorial Responsibility

The User is the author and publisher of their Source Content and of every publication made through the Service. Contenttosocial performs no editorial review. The automated technical checks applied by the Service (text limits, layout fit, format validation) are not a review of the lawfulness or accuracy of the content.

11.4 Commercial Communications

Where a publication is a commercial communication, sponsored content or an influence partnership, the User complies with the applicable disclosure and advertising rules, including Articles L.121-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Law No. 2023-451 of 9 June 2023 on commercial influence.

11.5 Reporting

Any breach of these rules may be reported to the address in section 26. Contenttosocial reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account immediately in case of violation, without notice or refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Best Efforts Obligation

Contenttosocial is bound by a best efforts obligation and not by an obligation of result. It undertakes to implement reasonable means to provide a quality Service.

12.2 "As Is" Provision

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". CONTENTTOSOCIAL DOES NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Permanent and uninterrupted availability of the Service.
  • The absence of errors, bugs or defects.
  • That a publication will be accepted, displayed, kept online or shown to any audience by a platform.
  • That Rendered Assets match the User's expectations.
  • Compatibility with all equipment, browsers, websites or software.

12.3 Exclusion of Indirect Damages [B2B only]

For Professional Users, Contenttosocial shall not be held liable for indirect damages, including:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, audience or opportunities.
  • Loss of customers, followers or damage to image.
  • Loss or corruption of data.
  • Commercial harm of any nature.

12.4 Liability Cap [B2B only]

For Professional Users, the total cumulative liability of Contenttosocial shall not exceed the total amount excluding VAT actually paid by the User during the twelve (12) months preceding the triggering event, or 100 euros if no payment has been made.

12.5 Liability Towards Consumers

For Consumer Users, clauses 12.3 and 12.4 do not apply. The liability of Contenttosocial is governed by the mandatory provisions of consumer law.

12.6 Common Exclusions

Contenttosocial shall not be held liable for:

  • Source Content, Rendered Assets and publications, and their use by the User or third parties.
  • Decisions of the platforms: rejection, removal, restriction, labelling or suspension, and changes to their interfaces or policies.
  • Unavailability or malfunction of the Publishing Provider, the hosting providers, the payment provider or the platforms.
  • Loss of eligibility of a Connected Account.
  • The User's website, clients or network.
  • Damages resulting from force majeure.

12.7 Essential Nature

The above limitations of liability are an essential element of the contract, without which Contenttosocial would not have agreed to provide the Service at the current prices.

13. User Indemnification

13.1 Commitment

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Contenttosocial, its officers and its providers against any claim, loss, damage and expense (including reasonable attorney fees) resulting from:

  • The User's use of the Service.
  • Source Content supplied by the User.
  • Rendered Assets and publications, and their use or distribution.
  • The breach of these Terms or of the rules of a platform.
  • The violation of third-party rights (intellectual property, image rights, privacy).

13.2 Procedure

In case of a third-party claim, Contenttosocial informs the User, who may take over the defence. The User shall not settle without the written consent of Contenttosocial.

13.3 Survival

This indemnification obligation survives termination of the Account for five (5) years.

13.4 Illegal Content

In case of publication of illegal content, the User is solely liable, criminally and civilly.

14. Account Suspension

14.1 Grounds

Contenttosocial reserves the right to suspend access to the Account temporarily, without notice, in the following cases:

  • Suspected breach of these Terms pending verification.
  • Complaint from a third party, a platform or the Publishing Provider regarding the User's publications.
  • Abnormal or suspicious activity on the Account, its keys or its Connected Accounts.
  • Payment default or rejected payment.
  • Request from a competent authority.

14.2 Effects

During suspension the User can no longer publish. Allowances are not extended and the Subscription continues to run during the suspension period.

14.3 Dispute

The User may dispute a suspension by sending a reasoned request to the address in section 26. Contenttosocial examines the request within five (5) business days and informs the User of its decision.

15. Termination

15.1 Termination by the User

The User may cancel their Subscription at any time from the billing portal accessible from the Account, or from their Link account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and gives no right to a refund; until then the User may resume the Subscription from the Account. Posts scheduled after that date are then taken off the schedule and are not published. The User may also request deletion of their Account.

15.2 Termination by Contenttosocial

Contenttosocial may terminate the Account as of right, without notice or compensation, in case of:

  • Serious or repeated breach of these Terms.
  • Publication of prohibited content (section 11.2).
  • Provision of false information at registration.
  • Use of the Service for illegal purposes.
  • Non-payment of the Subscription after a reminder.

15.3 Termination for Legitimate Reason

Contenttosocial also reserves the right to terminate with thirty (30) days' notice in case of permanent discontinuation of the Service, changes to the conditions of a platform or of the Publishing Provider, or regulatory changes making operation impossible.

15.4 Discretionary Termination [B2B only]

For Professional Users, Contenttosocial may terminate without justification with thirty (30) days' notice and a pro rata refund of the current Subscription.

15.5 Effects of Termination

Termination leads to the permanent deletion of the Account and associated data within thirty (30) days, subject to legal retention obligations, including Source Content, Rendered Assets, drafts and publication records. Connected Accounts are disconnected and the corresponding authorisations are revoked at the Publishing Provider. Posts already published remain on the platforms. The User may request a copy of their data before deletion. Unused Allowances are permanently lost.

16. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for non-performance or delay in performance of any obligation if it results from a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including: natural disasters, pandemics, wars, riots, acts of terrorism, general strikes, major Internet or telecommunications failures, government decisions, major cyberattacks, and outages or decisions of social media platforms affecting their interfaces.

The party affected shall inform the other as soon as possible. If the event continues beyond thirty (30) days, either party may terminate the contract without compensation, the User then being entitled to a pro rata refund of the amounts paid for the unperformed period.

17. Personal Data

The processing of personal data carried out within the Service is described in our Privacy Policy

The User is invited to consult that policy to learn how their data is collected, processed and retained, and which rights they have.

18. Modification of the Terms

Contenttosocial reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance. The User is invited to consult the Terms in force regularly.

19. Assignment

The User may not assign the rights and obligations arising from these Terms without the prior written consent of Contenttosocial.

Contenttosocial reserves the right to assign these Terms and all resulting rights and obligations to any group company or third party, in particular in case of merger, acquisition or transfer of business. The User is informed and may terminate their Subscription if they object.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared void or unenforceable under any law, regulation or final court decision, it shall be deemed unwritten without affecting the validity of the other provisions, which remain in full force.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Contenttosocial regarding the use of the Service. They replace any prior agreement, proposal or communication, written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

22. Waiver

The failure of Contenttosocial to enforce a breach by the User of any obligation under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that obligation nor as a modification of the Terms.

23. Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a Consumer User may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of any dispute with Contenttosocial.

Before contacting the mediator, the User must have sent a written complaint to Contenttosocial at the address in section 26 and not have received a satisfactory response within two (2) months.

The competent mediator is: CMAP, Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris, 39 avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, 75008 Paris, www.cmap.fr.

The User may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

24. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

For Professional Users: any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or third-party claims.

For Consumer Users: in case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the User may bring the matter before the competent courts under the general rules of law.

25. Dispute Resolution [B2B only]

25.1 Amicable Resolution

Prior to any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably for thirty (30) days.

25.2 Optional Arbitration

For disputes exceeding 10,000 euros, the parties may agree to submit to CMAP arbitration. This clause is optional and requires a written agreement.

25.3 Waiver of Class Actions

The Professional User waives participation in any class action. Any dispute is resolved individually.

26. Contact

For any question regarding these Terms or the Service, the User may contact Contenttosocial by email at hello@contenttosocial.com

Postal address: Marketing Ops, 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France.

27. Right to Audit [B2B only]

Contenttosocial reserves the right to verify the Professional User's compliance with these Terms. The Professional User agrees to provide the requested information within ten (10) business days. In case of non-cooperation or established violation, Contenttosocial may suspend or terminate the Account without notice.

28. Survival of Clauses

The following clauses survive termination: Intellectual Property (section 9), User Obligations (section 11), Limitation of Liability (section 12), Indemnification (section 13), Personal Data (section 17) and Applicable Law (section 24).
