- Claiming moves no agency up: only what you correct or add counts, and declaring no client results stays neutral.

Your questions
How much does claiming cost?
Nothing. Claiming, correcting and following your agency’s profile is free, with no subscription.
Why send a code to an email address at our domain?
Only someone who receives the agency’s email can read this code: that is what proves you represent it. The code goes to an email address at the domain published in the ranking, and you only choose what comes before the @. It stays valid for 15 minutes.
What if we have no email address at our domain?
A DNS record on your domain also proves you represent the agency: the app tells you which one to add, then checks it. A DNS change can take up to an hour to show.
Do our corrections count at once?
Yes for what you declare: your score and your place change the same day, marked “declared by the agency” with their date. A case study you add counts at our next reading of your site.
Can I update my profile from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, for free and with no subscription: connect your agent to your account through MCP, then ask it where you stand, to declare a figure, add a client result or measure again.
Can one account manage several agencies?
Yes: claim each agency one after the other, with a code sent to an email address at its website’s domain. The same agency can be claimed by one account only.
What if someone else already claimed our agency?
A DNS record on your domain gives it back to you, with everything it holds: only the domain’s owner can add it. The previous owner is told by email.
What if we give the profile up?
Everything you declared or added is deleted and the profile becomes free again. Our measures stay in the ranking.
